Looking Up In London

Many years ago, when I wrote a thriller called ‘Roofworld’, one of the side effects of that novel was to create an army of readers who sent me shots of things they’d seen looking up at the tops of neglected buildings. Recently, I stumbled across the work of Paul M, a young Australian photographer who is seeing London through fresh eyes.

I love finding people like this – their work can reveal something new that even the most jaded can enjoy. Here are a couple of shots where he has looked at ceilings, one in Holborn, the other at Leadenhall Market, but visit his site here for lots of other London shots.

Great photos. I love shots of ceilings. It’s actually very tricky to take them well…
