It’s Gonna Be Murder!

London, Reading & Writing

National Crime Writing Week runs from June 13th to June 19th, 2011. It represents the best in crime fiction and non-fiction. During the week, members of the Crime Writers’ Association will be taking part in readings, discussions, readers’ group events and workshops in bookshops, libraries, arts centres and other venues all over the country.

On the 16th I’ll be at the South Bank talking about being a crime judge. I’ll be with Frances Fyfield, Belinda Bauer, S. J. Bolton, Natasha Cooper and Gerald O’Donovan at London South Bank University, 103 Borough Road, London SE1 0AA.

After that, I’ll be at Islington’s Central Library with Laura Wilson and L C Tyler, looking at favourite fiction. You can find out about those events and others here.

Too far for me to drive, even with the early “head’s up.”

I accidently stumbled across Belinda Bauer’s “Blacklands” sometime last year, deeming her a definite keeper.

My personal jet is in for overhaul so I will have to miss it, unfortunately.
