Christmas In London 2
London
25th December 2009
This chap greets you at the Bank Of England Museum, another venue I had no idea even existed. We only found it because the friend I was with needed to find a loo. Here are exhibitions and displays concerning the present fiscal situation and those of the past (including, for some reason, a hot air balloon that teaches you about inflation). Worth looking into if you’re in the city. The staff are very knowledgeable and and it’s free. I miss the ten bob note.

I like the creepy look of this statue. And hey, season’s greetings, Chris!
I miss the ten bob note, too.
Which is strange, since I’ve never seen one.
